These terms and conditions govern your use of the Fantasy F**kwit website and your involvement in the Fantasy Game.

4.1 Pelican Bridge Ltd (Pelican Bridge), the owner of the Fantasy F**kwit website, shall retain full ownership and control over all material and content created, published or broadcast on this website, with the exception of Squad Names and Numbers as outlined in Section 4.2. All rights, title and interest in any and all content, material, text, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other intellectual or industrial property created through or in connection with this website shall be Pelican Bridge’s sole and exclusive property except to the reasonable extent that its use and disclosure is permitted under the terms of this agreement. The re-distribution, re-publication, or otherwise making available of the material on this website to third parties without our prior written consent is prohibited.

4.2 Squad names and numbers are Copyright © and Database Right The Football Association Premier League Limited. All rights reserved. No part of the Squad Names and Numbers may be reproduced stored or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of Football DataCo Limited.

5. Offensive, libellous and blasphemous content

You agree that you are solely responsible for content that you contribute to this site. You agree not to publish any offensive, libellous or blasphemous content and not to use foul language on any part of this website, including but not limited to the creation of your username, team name and league names, and in your contributions to comments streams and forums. You agree that should Pelican Bridge, in its sole discretion, believe that any material you publish is in any way offensive, libellous or blasphemous, this content may be removed without notice and your account may be immediately terminated.

If you see offensive material published by third parties in comment or Forum sections, in team or league names, or in any other form, you agree to report it to us as soon as possible using the ‘Report Abusive Content’ link or the Contact Us link.

6. Rules

The Rules of the game, including the way points are awarded, are explained in the ‘Rules’ and the ‘Select Your Team’ sections of this website. Rules are determined and interpreted by Pelican Bridge at its sole and exclusive discretion, and may be subject to change at any time. You agree to abide by the rules and any decisions regarding points-related incidents made by Pelican Bridge. No correspondence will be entered into relating to Rules or decisions on incidents.

Pelican Bridge is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information or content provided by Pelican Bridge on this website, or for the results obtained from the use of such information or content. You assume the entire risk of the accuracy of such content and/or information.

10.5 If one section or part of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, it shall not alter the legality or effect of the remaining sections of this Agreement.
